Our Process
Consultation & Review
Contact us or fill out our intake form and one of our Placement Specialists will reach out to you shortly to learn more about your family’s needs and explain our agency’s process.
Rigorous Screening
Once your family is comfortable to move forward, we begin the search for your perfect nanny.
Nannies who are recruited have: clear criminal record checks, valid First Aid and CPR certification, a minimum of 2 years child care experience, Photo ID and Visa verification (if applicable), Driver’s License and Driving Record (if applicable), verified references. In addition, they are educated, engaging, and adaptable.
Choose & Meet
We contact our network of pre-screened Nannies who fit your needs and lifestyle. We tell them about you and your family. If they’re excited to meet your family and we believe they’d be a great match, we will provide your family with access to their profiles.You tell us which Nannies you’d like to meet and we’ll coordinate the interviews. You can meet as few or as many Nannies as you’d like — until you find “the one”.
Our Rates
At our agency, we offer both Temporary and Permanent nanny placement services tailored to meet your unique needs.
Temporary Placements
A temporary placement is one that lasts 16 weeks or less, or when the end date of the placement is uncertain.
Permanent Placements
A permanent placement is one that lasts for a minimum of 16 weeks. In addition, we provide seamless connections to a trusted payroll company and assist with the nanny contract—all at no extra cost to you.
Monthly Agency Fee
The agency fee is calculated as 20% of the nanny's monthly gross income.

Search Fee
To start your search is FREE due to the holiday season (until January 31, 2025). Then, we will require a $269 search fee, due upon registering for the Placement Service via online form or otherwise mutually agreed upon between Nannies To The Rescue and the Client. This one-time non-refundable fee allows Nannies To The Rescue to begin a robust internal and external search for suitable candidates.
Childcare For Hotels, Resorts or Vacation Rentals
Starting at $30/hour - No search fee required until January 31, 2025. Then, we will require a $69.00 search fee, due upon registering for the Placement Service via online form or otherwise mutually agreed upon between Nannies To The Rescue and the Client.
